Mine does as well, as it should when the audio component of the sent transmission falls outside the optimal passband of the transceiver. This is to ‘push it back’ to where it is within said passband. WSJT set to split.
It’s in the manual.

John,

Regarding the shift, the VFO frequency remains constant on my FT-DX3000 between transmit and receive.  I would check two things:

1)  Make sure you aren't in Hound Mode.
2)  On the settings tab, check that split operation is turned off.

I had the same problem recently with a different Yaesu radio.  I use two different profiles, one for normal FT8 and one for F/H FT8.  I changed split to off for the normal FT8 profile and the problem was fixed.
