Edmonton..  Only 1200 Km away.  Not too far by Canadian standards :)   Been there quite a few times.

On PSKreporter..   I have it on just about every morning following  the modes I commonly use.  MSK144, FT8 and Q65..  Very handy resource.

Most meteor scatter is done with MSK144.   It's far better suited for the mode.

You can see what's happening in your area by going to the pskreporter site.  https://pskreporter.info/pskmap.html

Fill in the boxes at the top of the page..  So for instance you should have -- On 6 meters show signals sent/received by anyone using MSK144..

You'll see if there is any activity around you.  Also, in WSJT-X make sure you have "Enable PSK Reporter Spotting" checked off on the Reporting tab in Settings, so you can share what you hear with others who use the PSKreporter site.

Hi John, Hi everybody,

impressive to me your pic in St.Andrews !  .... Hi !

now, recently I put up a Ant for 6m and am ready for MS.
Today I set up my new raspberry 4B; 4Gb with rasbian-buster
installed the wsjtx 2.4.0-rc1 and so I am QRV.

I can use the Q65, have a HB9CV, and 50W TX.

If possible I would like to sked some QSO on 6m MS.

What is the best time ?
According to my handycaps (job and wife) I'll be there !

Guys some advice please re Q65a. I am in Scotland U.K. call GM0AZC IO86. Appart from two local hams I gave not made any contacts. I am using 50305.00. Running 20 to 80 watts. I know this is beta at present however taking into account we may be able to make contacts when a band appears closed as per the wsjt-x site. If I wish to test call Europe would it be better calling t/r 30 or 60 even 120  a b c d e to try. I guess my question is who us using Q65 in E.U. and willing to arrange a sked? 73
