I don't think you can halt the shutdown once it starts.

Why not create a new power management profile: Start > Settings > Power > ... and create a new profile that has: When plugged in, turn off after: Never When plugged in, PC goes to sleep after: Never then call this profile something like 'Radio' and manually select this profile when doing radio and switch back to your default profile when doing other things? My laptrop pc will shut down on its own. I have changed the active hours setting to an 18 hour period that best facilitates my operating schedule. And, the computer will shut down when I am using it although that is not suppose to happen. Last night I was working FT8 and during the exchange it shut down. Is there a way to fix this issue, or at least halt the shutdown process when it starts? |
