The WSPR reporting on the tar complied version on Ubuntu 20.04 does not work, along with the hamlib problem.
Guess I'll pull it all apart and go back to the packaged .deb previous version.

Hi Mike,
if the Hamlib problem is that the FT-817, FT-818, FT897 rig models do not work, then use the FT-857 model.
Do you have any more details on the WSPR reporting not working please? The sources in the v2.2.2 sources tarball are exactly those used to build the packages installers, there should be no difference.
