I just upgraded my system to a Ryzen 7 3700x from an i5-7600T. The decodes now quickly happen almost 2 seconds before the timing slot ends even if set to Deep. But at the very end of the time slot all of a sudden a few more pop out.  This is most easily seen on a fully loaded channel like 20M. I searched the message board and did not see anything about this. Basically I am just curious why these show up after such a gap from the main decode dump.
